Rich posted them that way.  Might have been because he had not had a chance to validate them.

In either case, this is an old thread and those records might have changed so I brought this thread to the top to remind Rich to "Officialize" the records.

probably cause it was late in the season and cooler out.  I did not race at 13, did not have my car

Yeah but Cecil has some magic in it.  I always run faster than I expect at Cecil

I am always atleast 8 to 10 numbers faster a cecil than I am at US 13 no matter if it was my 13 second camero or my 10 second oldsmobile.Like the man said cecil just has some magic to plus they say it runs down just a little.

Running Cecil in April & October will be the 2 fastest races of the series. I'm going to say as much as 4 to 4 1/2 tenths faster than Beaver in June.

 falcon, i understand where your coming from, the cooler months will give you better air quality, what i'm saying is if all factors are equal, except for sealevel, the track with sealevel closest to 0 should show the best times!!!!!!!!!!!!         shadow          ps  goodluck in 2008 !!!!!!!!!!!

All I can say is that even when air is better at US 13 it still is not as fast as Cecil is.
Dan knows he has been around these tracks a while Delmar will be fast but I still think like Dan does Cecil should be with out a problem be the fast tracks with some new records.This is just my $.02

If the heads up racers know how to work the points system......You wont see an unbreakable record set at Cecil's first race.
