Al, where was this vette vs world?  I try to think I am pretty aware of vette races around.  You sure it was not an efi race heavily loaded with vette entries?


John, sponsorship is hard to get but I think if you are really looking at getting this record and there is sufficient exposure, you might be able to partner up with a company that does LT1 work.  I know it will be hard but look at the companies looking to be a part of that shootou and see someone might be interested in helping you out while you help them out.

I would be very surprised if it was E-town.  I kind of am involved in all things Corvette there;)

I know it was @ E-town that is why i was surprised we did not see you there,i know how much you do for the vetts, I am remember it being with corvetts it might have been GM vs Vetts cause one guy sayed in front of Melissa "why would you try and race a vette why are the best" and Melissa raced him and he lost i will try and look @ the old videos and see if i can find it over the weekend

Nope, that is one of my races and certainly I would know if we were racing another group.  I have been trying to a Vette vs. anybody at Etown for a while and we have not been able to put it on the schedule.
