Thinking of selling/trading my Camaro for a LS1 Camaro

I am thinking about selling/trading my camaro I really don’t have the money to do  the car the way I want  to so I figure I would sell/trade for a LS1 Camaro

The car has a NY title in my name all the lights, blinkers work so it can be put on the road,

Here is the start this is Ken Barnabys olds Super street car I bought it from Ken back in the late 90’s

Car has been in the mid 8's with nitrous small block, 9.30's on all motor small block

The car was painted in 2006 still looks just as good it is all steel except for the 6in cowl hood

Chassis is mild steel certified to 8.50

Car is set up for SBC & th400

Front suspension has an Anthony Jones tubular k-member & lower control arms, coil overs and a rack-n-pinion.

Rear suspension is stock style suspension with custom-made chrome molly torque arm & lower control arms, Anti roll bar,

Ford 9-inch, big bearing aluminum support 4.86 pro gears lightweight spool with 35 spline Moser axles

Willwood brakes all the way around.

Weld magnums all the way around with Hoosier 28x 10.5 and M/T's up front (had a 29.5x10.5 with different rim)

Factory style interior with auto meter gauges 5in tach, 5in speedo, oil, water & votls, B&M pro ratchet shifter

Barry Grant 400 fuel pump & regulator
5-gallon fuel cell.

New MSD Digital 6 box

Motor plates/drive shaft are included.

Custom made 2in SBC headers with 4in header bullet mufflers

Dual electric fans

Turbo 400 works but should be refreshed
2500 pro torque converter

Car is going to the interior shop on March 3rd to get the a new carpet so I can put all the interior back in and finish wiring the interior

I don’t have a radiator for the car beside that it is a complete roller (minus roller)

Asking $13,500 or best offer or trade for 98 up LS1 camaro

Nice looking car.  Good luck with the sale.  Maybe consider an LS Corvette too.  Your can race 11 races for Corvettes at E-twon and we offer three different heads-up classes on of which should not be too hard to do all motor (11.50 heads-up index)

I always liked that color combo on the 3rd gen camaro's, but I don't have the cash, good luck with the sale it looks great...

On an off topic, why not build up an LS1 for it? I am debating on that for my car, but still not sure what way I want to go with it...

 camaroal, do you have somekind motor you were going to use in the car, or is that the problem in not finishing it?  that's one sharp car to swap off for a stocker!!!  good luck !!! shadow

camaroal, i've been looking in some auto flyers, & it looks like a decent ls1 camaro is gonna be more than what your asking for the car ?  i saw a 86 vette for $7,000 ,125,000mi  but is that a ls1 ?  shadow

LS1 started in 1997 for Corvette and I think a year or two after for F-Body

Thanks guys a really love the car but I am really looking for an LS1 camaro i cant have both of the cars as we already have 4 cars, the vette would not be to a bad idea either,as for putting a LS1 in my car i was thining about it but want the a/c and comfort and street abilty i can get from the newer camaro, i have a 357ci SBC for the car should put it in the mid to high 10's, as for trading the car i have had a few offers but making sure they are the right car for me, plus my car gets droped off at the interior shop on Monday so i really dont like to show the car apart like it is right now

I had a few really nice mustang in the past but i will only sell my car for a LS1 or i will keep it as i do love it
