I am further away than that I think I am going to just keep ordering parts until it gets to 60 degrees on a weekend, then labor away for 12-14 hours each day and hope I have done enough.

I suck I didn't take it out. Still haven't touched the damn thing. Trying to get brakes on the Suburban still I learned something new Saturday while working on it, new rotors are not always made to spec i.e. to big for the new pads to fit over the one just fine on the other side. Anybody got any ideas.

can't you take the BAD one back for an exchange? if not, can you have it TURNED DOWN so the thickness is less ? my 2 cents shadow

I am going to get the rotor turned this weekend sucks to have to do that to a brand new rotor but it's either that or shave the pad down.
