I'M,INTERESTED IN BUILDING A N/A 10.5 CAR AND WAS WONDERING IF IT'S LEGAL TO SMOOTH OFF THE FIREWALL & COWL PANAL ON MY 91 MUSTANG

Yes thats ok, not a problem, my worry is relocating firewall to get maximum engine set back. To cosmetically change firewall, not a problem.
Oh yea, and welcome to the RR N/A 10.5 class.
