Hey guys,

I may have the car and trailer setup and ready to haul later today and Noticed that Cecil has a TnT tonight. Are the Wednesday things as bad as the Friday nights or can I get a few more test runs in?

I dunno but it might worth it even if you only get a couple passes.  I wish I could get in a couple before heading down.  As it is I am picking up my car Firday night, late and then going home and leaving early Saturday to race.  Hmm, maybe I will hotel it Friday night in MD.

Anyway, I wish you will if you head down tonight.

As nice as it is today it's hard to say, but if your there at 5pm you can get a few good passes before it gets crowded.  Crowded on a Wednesday is still not nearly as bad as a Friday.  My only problem is that the track never seems to be prepped well for the Wed & Fri nights.  Still better then nothing.

Hey guys, if I get the suspension dialed in a little tonight I may want to also practice the tree, do I just write PRO on the windshield? or somehow designate it is a .5 pro tree? Do they call pro tree guys up at a different time? Let me in on all the secrets...

Thanks...

Yeah I just put the timeline together and my wife doesn't get out of work until around 4:30 and I probably won't be leaving our house until closer to 5-5:15 so I may get down there around 6 if I am lucky...

I've had good luck in the past on Wed. Definitely better than Fri night. I'll see ya there round 5. You can run Pro tree. We should group together and run pro tree in pairs. I think Steve Gurnick is also going.

I saw alot of cars headed down this evening, one really nice Fairmont Wagon, never seen before, all white, getting on rt 1 south from 272, sounded pretty tough.

There were a lot of people and it was more like a Friday night, but I was able to get some testing in, so that's good...

I'd say I am happy with my changes and now I just need to get it off the line a little quicker...

Excellent.

Did you try and deep stage?
I didn't have deep on my window and bumped in deep once and they held the tree knocked on the window and asked me to back up... needless to say that was my worse reaction time of the night from being backed up and not ready so to speak... and strangely enough the worse one from last night was my average reaction time from last season... a .274, my best RT last night was when I lined up with Brian C. and I grabbed a .114 light, but my RT's were all over the place...

first run
.114

second run, the one I tried to go deep and had to back up...
.274

third run
.217

fourth run, first time I ran in the right lane that night
.183

But hell, it's much better than the high .2xx and low .3xx I was getting last season...

Ahhh....sorry they did not let you go deep.  They are supposed per DIV1 meeting.

This will be a big confusion point all year at all tracks in Div 1 tracks

Again I didn't have deep on the window so no biggy to me, but at least I now know how far I can bump in, even if I didn't get a run in that way...

According to DIV 1 they will not hold the tree, and you are not allowed to have deep on the windows. I read on here in the rules for Ram that it is allowed, but the starter is not going to hold the tree because auto start is on.Glad to see that you got some good runs in though.Hoping to finish car and get to the track tonite, because I will be there late saturday so I will only get the second Q.
