That's the first qualifying. Don't you take the best of the 2 qualifying passes? I went a 10.01 on 10.00 on the second pass.

I think this has already been covered, but I also was qualified with the worst of 2 passes, a 9.97 instead of a 10.04. That gave me Cary Cable in the 1st round , and Cliff Sebring the the 2nd round. My bad luck.

Matt is that a 10.04? Is there another digit? The least I can award you is the proper points. Sorry for all of the confusion but when they said they had it in the tower and I said I would use my pc just as a backup and they insisted to let them do it. Well it worked well first round after that, nothing coincided. I apologize for the umteenth time. Sorry Rich

I'm not in points, so don't worry about it. I always say be prepared to run the best, but not necesarrily back to back in the 1st 2 rounds with 50 cars in a field . As Cliff said "I'm kicking ass in both lanes".

Got paired with the Chevy powered VW with Caddy fins! Anyone get a pic?

Rich, if you really want, I went 11.190 second qualifier. it would move me up a couple of spots but since , like Matt said, i am not in the points it really does'nt matter. a +.690 is what you get when you leave in 2nd gear.

Actually those who are not in the points have to also considered that a move for you may mean a move for a points player so accuracy is important even if you are not a points racer.

2nd qualifier was a 10.046 at 122 MPH. Ran against car #7091 who ran a 11.335 at 107 MPH on a 11.50 Index. Hope this helps someone out.
