Well, it needs a motor, trans, gears for your combo, some sort of engine managment (EFI or Carb), radiator, battery, and whatever else you need to throw at it to get it to run consistantly. There is no mention of suspension work or brakes used aside from they are new brakes, but from the pics there is no MC, so expect to buy a MC and run all new brake lines.

a quick guess, based on my research, and that fact that it is the same chassis/setup as mine.
  • 20K+ for the motor if you use an LS block that those motor plates are designed for, otherwise a standard SBC or BBC may be cheaper. +4-5K for a good engine management sytem if sticking with EFI, 3-4K for Carb and good controls, including associated fuel system items.
  • 3-4K or less on the chassis work depending on what comes with it. (there was no mention of springs, shocks, torque arm, swaybar, or anything like that and those things add up quickly, I have been doing them all slowly and have most of it already for mine.)
  • 3K+ on a tranny items, and that includes swapping out the crossmember that comes with it for something else, and a good converter/clutch depending on choice.
  • ~2K on misc cooling system items, for engine, trans, and etc.
  • 2K+ on gears, wheels, and tires
  • 2-3K+ misc setup and tuning items

so maybe 35K, or less if you are lucky, or have access to a competative motor for that class...

Yeah, that is why I am having trouble making the jump real quick. My car needs a little less then that, but it still adds up. I have about 25K or so in the plan to get into DR with my car, and hope to spread that over the next year or so while still racing it in AMI.
