This is what she looked like when I got her.
And here is an updated pic. It is a work in progress. Little strides at a time. Waiting on some more parts.

not bad, so I can't really tell from those pics but is the roof the flat black as well? If so, I like the contrast of the matching hood and roof, definitly interesting...

Actualy the roof is suposed to be vinyl. That is the way it came from the factory. This is an LDO option car which basicaly meen it is the upgraded trim package on the outside. You can see the trim running down the roof and it runs just on the outside of the rear window.
She is comming along slowly but the motor in it runs strong. I think it should run in the 12's no problem. We will find out shortly.

It is looking like it will be a 2009 debut. But if I can some how pull it together in time I will be at Cecil for the end of the season.

So you had an 85 Saleen, got rid of that for the Maverick, then got rid of that for an 85-86 coupe? Your a trip Norm. Wanna buy my old short block and cam for it? Hope to see you at the finale. I'm still hoping to be there with car. If not I'll be there as support for the Armetta.

Right now it has a stock bottom end 302 in it with a B cam. It is supose to runs 12.70's. We will find out soon enough.
