wow thanks Cheesy wish i could have been out testing for sunday on my Bday. Still gotta get the new motor on the dyno. But the more time spend on it, the faster it seems it's gonna be  Wink Lookin to be right in the thick of things in D/R. Grin Also while i got some attention, does anyone have a couple pics of how they bolt weight or ballasts into their car? Never had to add weight before, lol.

Danny it all depends on how much weight you need to add and where you need to add it to help you launch the car...

But some things I have seen include:
Sealed Alum or thin steel box, like a battery box, that was bolted to the frame
Lead or steel bars/plates bolted down
Actual weight bars bolted to welded in tabs (you can find these and most chassis shops or online chassis catalogs)

Then again don't forget about the simple things like making sure the tank/cell is fully topped off, and so forth...

BTW, I hope you have time to test out the suspension with the added weight to move it around to where it will be most helpful and not just thrown in where you can fit it and end up not being able to launch the car on the 275 tires. Even just as little as 50# can make a big difference on the launch depending on where you put it...

DANNY, you can get a  BARBELL bar , preferibly the threaded type and have it welded in the rear seat area, and get weight plates . to use accordingly  100lbs is good for a tenth. ex. 9.90/ + 100 LBS / 10.00 !!   SHADOW   Wink Wink Wink ps  works for BILL [ wfh 126 ]  1.35 / 60 '
