Interesting tunes. Who'd a thought Hunkins of all people was doin this stuff.

As far as "hurtin your ears" Redgar; Back when I bought the 1st release LedZepplin album I never would of thought I'd ever be listening to country music let alone enjoying most of the country music I hear today. Old age(?) does that to you I guess. Funny but sometimes I hear an oldie country song and I either like it or gag and remember "Dads music" and know that there are some things that just arent right no matter how old you  get. I can also remember many pop songs that I never liked and never will. Unlike racing where you win or lose and move on, music is subject to opinions that can change with the times.

We have a winner!!!! Yes John Hunkins used to be a NJ native and knew HJ from his early days with his black 67 chevelle, car has a big history behind it. He still has it in the garage. But kinda neat that car instilled this in John's mind to recall it when making this song. There will be a video also for this song when it is released on CD in 2010. John Hunkins also is, for those who dont know, an editor for Popular Hot Rodding Magazine.

Good job Brian on the guess.  Grin

John Hunkins used to be an editor for Muscle Mustangs & Fast Fords, too. He had an LX hatchback back in the day with a Vortech blower on it. It was featured in several tech articles in that mag over the years.
