Dave,  leaving at noon is going to put you in the peak Washington rush hour. I was going to leave at 9;30 or ten at the latest to try and get through the mess.

You're right! 3-3:30 Friday on the beltway and south is not good. I'm thinkin 10-10:30 at the latest.
Do you head down the the blue route(476) to 95?
We could meet up at the rest stop on 95 south in delaware, pi$$ break!
