Hey Rich, if they charge you don't worry about it, I know there must be a few guys on here that have the ability to copy the DVD you get. Either way I am going to see if my Father in law can DVR it for me since I have no way to tape this new digital cable crap... |

Hey guys, I am at my mother in laws this weekend and she has the super badass HD Comcast, cant wait to watch the show tomorrow. On the guide here in Norristown it says the show will be on at 3:30 tomorrow and not sure about what time on Monday. I recieved my airdate letter from Masters TV yesterday stating that our program will be airing this weekend at 11:30 on Sunday and 4:30 on Monday. But you have to remember that each affiliate who runs the prgram have their own scheduling also. Best bet is to get on there now and move forward thru the guide and see what tme on your network. I believe here in the northeast its affiliate is comcast sportsnet and the show episode # is 9025. So if anyone gets to see it in their locality sooner, let us know how it looks. But everyone should be able to watch tomorrow sometime thru the day. Make sure to look for Inside Drag Racing in your guide and not IDR. Keep your fingers crossed for a good show.

It is not on...Comcast sports is channel 7, 8 and HD is 251, but it is not showing anything but redskins kickoff, I believe.
I think you might be able to watch it online. If you go to masterstv.com and on the left 4 down click on to see the show. It is showing a different episode right now, but maybe it will switch at 11:30??? Who knows.

the show wasn't bad. it was on FSN on my comcast cable package. the explaination of drag radial was a little funny. it has evolved quite a bit from an entry level class for engines with 1 step up from stock cylinderheads. hopefully the tv time brings more cars out to the races. pro n/a and radial car counts were horrible and that has to make it hard to keep the series a float.

no they didn't mention it was day 2. they didn't mention how bailey had the drag radial class covered by a bunch. lots of praise for rhodes and walleigh, not that they didn't deserve it. i should add that by watching the show, you'd have no real idea how few cars were in pro and radial. they showed rd 1 in all classes, though i think they skipped a few races, especially in ami. then they showed rd 3 in ami and semis in radial, 10.5 and ami. and then the finals in all classes. they did mention long was 1 hundredth off from a national record in the 10.5 final. the headlights on in the late rounds was kind of annoying because of the glare, but i'm just being a critic at this point.

Sounds like they did exactly what they said they were going to. Car counts in every series this year were terrible, Doc Riley and I spoke alot about that, they cover everything and he said everyone were experiencing record lows. But he, Butch McCall and Jeff Plough all said that we have something very good here and the top echelon of competitors and that we shouldnt be afraid to throw our weight around this year with sponsors. We are now nationallly known and have as much clout as many of them out there and not to sell ourselves short in any way. So hopefully in the off season here we can make magic happen.

Got squeezed out at the last minute by frekin Eagles post game, what a rip. What we saw was very good, just a shame it got cut off. Alot of good exposure for AMI....great job racers!!

I had caught the first 10 minutes then unfortunately had to leave. I'll catch the whole show today. On my Comcast it was FSS channel 28. was on 1030 am Sunday and is on Today at 330 pm(central time).
Rich, you did a very good job telling the audience who we are, what we are about, and how we came to be. fwiw My wife thought so too.
mj79stang, I heard the "entry level" comment too. Yes DR has evolved. Are you suggesting perhaps we should add an additional DR class? Entry level. Perhaps limited to production blocks and either an rpm or torker 2 type intake(or equivalent)??
Might be worthy of a new topic.
