the season comes to a close for me this weekend

Last weekend of competition for me this season as raceway park season comes to a close.

Still going out with style, three classes today at Raceway Park.  running Corvette Challenge and two 11.50 heads up indexes.

when I come home I go to bed and leave for atco for another import v domestic race Sunday in another 11.50 headsup index and that will wrap it up.


Coolest weather and slowest times.....Oh well.  I am done chasing 10.0

Double check with Atco about the 11.50 index.  I was planning on running the 10.0 index, but it says that domestic cars are only permitted in 9.0 index.  sport compact and imports in 10.0 and 11.5.  Hope you see this in time...

Scott, Edgar had asked the track about that and was told it was a typo, that all the index classes were import vs domestic.
he posted about it on GDR in the index forum

I lost in round 1, round 2 and round 3 today in the three entries...LOL...funny.  Had a good day.  Took me a while to get it on the plus side of 11.50 and did hit 11.501 once followed by 11.498.

Biggest blunder of the day....527 green in the braket class.  Zoned in on the the green by mistake instead of the third yellow....LOL...

Scott yes I did call Atco and asked them and they said it was a typo the domestics were not included in those two paragraphs.  I guess they did not think it was an important enough typo to fix on the electronic flyer...I did ask.  if I get down there and they turn me away, it will truly be the last visit there

I lost in the semi's in import domestic 11.50 class.   
a .400 tree with no deep staging is nearly impossible for me
