Question About MIR
«

Hey Rich -
Had a question for ya. I would like to run MIR's MOD class in addition to AMI. I am not doing it to get an unfair advantage on the competition, but would like to try to make their top 15 in points. Is this going to be an issue? I do not want to upset anyone and wanted to ask up front. I am willing to only use my two qualifying passes in AMI to tune the car, and just 60ft on the MOD time runs to get aquainted to the full tree...Or if this is going to stir up a hornets nest I will not.
Thanks!
Tom
BTW - for anyone else - friday they run Midnight Madness and would be a great chance to get settled in early and watch or race! They have X275 this Friday.

not speaking for rich, becasue he has final say. but as long as you pick your AMI index prior to making any passes for any class i dont see what you are doing wrong. i think some guys were running multiple classes at the grove.

I originally said no extra hits on the tree a couple of years ago but it came with so much resistance that I thru in the towel and said what ever you guys want to do is fine with me. So yes you can run both no problem.

I did it in 08 when 422allstars ran with ram racing. I always made my first pass a AMI pass. so most people didn't care as much. I ran a 4th's regular tree in NSS and the pro tree in AMI It is very hard to do!!!
I did win both AMI and NSS at MIR in 08 Love the track I wish I could be there..Good luck I'll be at numidia running 422Allstars,, darn it.

Thank you all! I didn't want to ruffle any feathers and wanted to make sure up front. Can't wait for a RAM race at my home track!
