Car is now on ebay....NO RESERVE!!

Well, I might have lost my mind...but I just put my car on ebay with no reserve!!!  Please keep your fingers crossed. Anyone interested in a great race car type "1985 Mustang Convertible" into ebay.  All the best parts were used on this car and someone is going to get a great deal in about a week!

Scott, does this car meet all of the rules for our Drag Radial class and how light will it go?

Rich,

The car has a ladder bar suspension.  I do not think you allow that in drag radial.  The rear frame rails are unmodified.  The car could still go on a serious diet (stock k member and everything behind the dash is still in the car).  Ive got a knot in my stomach wondering if this was the best idea....

Yeah....I really thought that it was going to take off in the last couple of minutes.  I was unpleasantly surprised to see that it sold for 3,900 but what can you do?  I guess that is the chance you take with ebay.  To make matters even worse, the guy that won the auction has not contacted me or responded to my email.  Is the car sold???  I guess time will tell.

Well, 48 hours have passed since the end of the auction and the guy has not responded to any of my 3 emails.  So, my plan is to relist this later this week.  However, the offer is out there....if anyone comes with 3900.00 dollars this week you will get a great car.  I really want it gone, but wont let it go for less than that.

Nevermind....the buyer from ebay contacted me today. He was out of the country.  The car is sold to the high bidder!
