MIR is still scheduled to run on 9/18

I know many are concerned and I just wanted to let you know that MIR is a go but we will NOT be running PRO N/A at this event. Unfortunately the lack of car count has killed the class and has put a strain on the series, so we will be a go for MIR less PRO N/A.

So happy to hear we are racing in MIR!   hope to see everyone there, however still confused on why DE was cancelled and not MIR, as much as I love the track, it is a long haul for most of us from the NJ area I thought the car count was much better in DE

Mike, in hind-sight, you are absolutely correct, but after the commitment was made to reschedule and attend MIR, little did we know it was going to strain the budget as much as it did with poor car count and recouping immediately was impossible to attend US13 so quickly. Yes now that I look back it would of been better to cancel the rescheduled MIR race and attend US13 instead. , but you know me, I never bat 1000, LOL. I hope you all will help make the last two events killer.

Rich, I'll try to round up some Buick people. Trying to tell them that it's not as tough as bracket racing especially for someone who doesn't race that often. Plus the money is decent for the number of rounds.

I went 5 rounds last Sat at 75-80 in the $2000 bracket race and all I got was a spanking and $50 bucks.
