Times are tough and its hard to find people to pitch in and help.....Except Aaron at Speed Doctors Racing Components. We want to thank him for his help and generosity. He has offered 3 sets of front lightweight lugnuts and 3 sets of rear lightweight lugnuts. My thoughts are to have a class designated before each race that will recieve the award. There are 6 races on the schedule so that means that each class will get 2 chances to recieve Top Qualifier Award of the coolest lugnuts around. Let me know if you guys think this is a fair way of distributing them.
Race1 AMI
Race2 D/R
Race3 10.5
Race4 AMI
Race5 D/R
Race6 10.5

That is awesome and an extremely creative way to spread the award each of the classes.

Good work there Rich.

Thanks to Speed Doctors!!

The first event we gave to AMI at our Cecil event because of the rained out first event. The winner of that award goes to Mike Romeo. The MG event was D/R, congrats to Jeff Kinsler for that award.

All info has been sent over to Aaron to get those nuts delivered.

Thanks again Aaron for your support!!

Your check should be in your mailbox and it could of been there sooner had you filled out your registration properly with a complete address, you know as much because we spoke about it tuesday when you said to expect you here at noon yesterday to drop off a set of heads to be done, and my offer to buy you lunch. Your pro rated check is a done thing and Maple Grove will be sent out as soon as the last 4 checks come in from the sponsors (any day because of back to back race).

You believe that you deserve those lug nuts fine, but an equal arguement could be made from the AMI racers had we skipped them and started with D/R because mother nature didnt agree with our date, how fair is that? DID I BACK OUT OF THE EVENT because I just didnt want to go or maybe I just thought up another way to piss Jay off? No, its just an unfortunate occurance and I will follow moreso the intention of the format than what is in writing.

FOR EVERYONE HERE....I reserve the right to modify any awards due to weather or uncontrollable circumstances. That is not making things up as we go along. Sorry you feel that way, ok Jay think about it....10.5 is due next race and it rains, do I say sorry about your luck Jay if you happen to be the #1 again or do I take into consideration the weather restraints. I understand you have finally won your first event and congrats to you, but lets keep things into perspective here.

This past race, if I understand correctly, was to be the AMI race.  But, because of the rain out of the first event it is not.  Right?

Just wanted to know if I get to collect some lug nuts.

Rich, I would have called but I had to tighten my belt with the reduced payouts.  I have to save my phone minutes so I can afford to hire a replacement driver to cover for me at the last race...   howdy

Just trying to get Langer fired up. I know he can't make it due to work commitments. Looking forward to the race and have some fun.
