New noise law in Anne Arundel county (MD)

No device, including ATVs, can emit noise past 75 decibels between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. and 55 decibels between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. Police officers can issue citations up to $10,000.

How can you load a car on a trailer even during the day??? Or even mow your lawn? And....don't fart outside after 10 pm.

Way to go you jackasses! Now the kids can sit inside and play video games instead of doing a healthy outdoor activity such as playing basketball!

Are they using decibel meters to measure this???  If not, how are they going to know.  They can't enforce this without them.  Lancaster City tried to pull this several years ago and it didn't work.

S**T is getting out of hand. 


I guess if you have any trees down from the storm we just had , you need to use the OLD hand saw, No chainsaws there..
And No 4th of July, they will be breaking their own laws for that one.. 
Can the Cops use their syrens??
 And don't use your car horn. 

I'm sure we can add to this list for a Long while..  So i quit here..
