I'm curious if any racers are in the construction/concrete business. Reason I'm asking is I'd like to talk to a business about possibly offering some sponsor money to the series and I'd like to tell them we have X amount of racers that are in the business and might spread the word on what they have to offer.
I realize the majority of our sponsors are motorsport related, but NHRA has Powerade and NASCAR has Nextel. Two companies not related to the auto industry. And every bit of help we can get would be greatly appreciated for all of us in my opinion.
What does everyone else think?

Great idea Todd, market research. We do have some carpenters and contractors within the series. Also let them know that many of our racers are available for on site displays of their cars, sometimes the two dont go hand in hand, but then again quality work on the car with their name on it kinda gives the customers a sense of security being associated with the series full of meticulous work, with their name headlining.

I'm seriously starting to believe that Rich is the only one that can read my posts.
Ok, let's open it up a bit. Does anyone know someone in the construction/concrete business that might be at our races?

Todd, I read your post, but I do not know any concrete or construction people that attend our races. If I meet any, I will let you know. Cheesy

Thanks Kurt. Just trying to get some input that I could use towards getting us a series sponsor. Hoping to benefit all of us. Smiley
