when going into Atco do we buy a spectator pass or do we buy a test and tune pass for Atco?

You are required at all of the tracks we visit to buy a test n tune tech card. I think its $35 at Atco.

On that same topic, are we going to get any T&T time before qualifying or is it just the 2 qualifying run???

I dont believe there will be any time prior to do so, plus I believe that an extra run in the morn by a small group of you would be an advantage in AMI Sorry.
